where we ship

We ship worldwide from our U.S. facility. We currently cannot deliver to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO, or military bases.

Dispatch Window

All OLYM SKIN products are in a limited Founding Release. Orders ship within 6 -8 weeks of purchase. (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Estimates

US Standards: 3 - 6 business days

US Express: 1 -2 business days

Canada: Standard 4-9 Express 2-5 business days

International: 5 - 12 business days (destination dependent) Delivery windows begin once the carrier scans your parcel. Weather and carrier capacity may cause delays.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping (US) on orders over $125

Orders $125 and under and all Express/International options are calculated at checkout by destination and weight

Order Tracking

Order confirmation is emailed immediately. A second email with your tracking link arrives once your order ships.

Address changes & failed delivery

If you entered an incorrect address, email support@olymskin.com right away. Once an order is in transit, changes aren’t guaranteed. Undeliverable/refused parcels may be returned to us; reshipment fees may apply.

Signature on delivery

For high-value orders, a signature may be required for your protection.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by local customs. These are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Damaged, missing, or stolen packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered but can’t be located, notify us within 7 days at support@olymskin.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the carrier tracking link.

Pre-Orders / mixed carts

Pre-order items ship within 6–8 weeks. Any in-stock items purchased in the same cart will ship together unless you place separate orders.

We design OLYM to meet elite performance standards. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return Window

Unopened & unused products: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.


Opened products (adverse reaction only): contact us within 14 days with photos and a brief description so our team can guide you. For safety, we cannot restock opened items.

conditions

Items must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition with all components and any complimentary items from the same order.

non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards/e-gift cards, items not purchased on olymskin.com, and excessively used/altered or damaged items.

how to start a return

Email support@olymskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid label for eligible U.S. orders or instructions for international returns. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable; a reasonable return shipping fee may be deducted where applicable.

Exchanges

For replacements due to verified carrier damage or defect, we’ll ship a replacement after review. For product swaps, please return for a refund and place a new order.

late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen a refund after our confirmation, check with your bank/issuer. If you still need help, email support@olymskin.com.

order changes & cancellations

We move fast. If you need to cancel or edit an order, email support@olymskin.com within 1 hour of placing it. Changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
