These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to any sales made by OLYM SKIN and purchases made by end consumers in the United States of America and Canada, for domestic and private use only, of products carrying the Company’s trademarks (“Products”) offered for sale on the website https://olymskin.com (“Website”).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or U.S. territories unless expressly indicated. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada are responsible for organizing collection or shipment of Products from within eligible delivery regions.

All sales made via the Website are subject to these Terms of Sale, which you accept when placing an order. Updates or modifications may occur, but the version applicable to your order will be that in force at the time you placed it. Subscription orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the subscription was initiated.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of all Product descriptions, images, and details on our Website. However, minor errors may occur, and images may vary slightly from actual Products due to technical display differences.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting, and use a valid payment method accepted by our Website. Orders containing inaccurate or fraudulent information may be canceled at our discretion.

We offer subscription services for certain Products. By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges and deliveries based on your selected frequency (1–3 months).

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation does not affect orders already confirmed. OLYM SKIN reserves the right to adjust or terminate subscription offerings, with 30 days’ notice.

All prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Prices in effect on the date of order confirmation apply.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods indicated at checkout.

By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Ownership of Products transfers to you only after full payment has been received.

Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Title to Products passes to you upon delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered.

You may return Products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all inserts and documents. Returns must follow the procedure outlined on our Website.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.

Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

If you receive defective or incorrect Products, contact support@olymskin.com within 30 days. Returned items must be unopened and accompanied by original packaging and documents.

If verified, we will refund or replace the item and cover return shipping costs.

Promotions are personal, non-transferable, and may be subject to conditions (minimum order value, exclusions, expiry). Only one promotional code may be used per order.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural disasters). If such events last more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order(s) with a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
